Eligibly

Applicant must have completed a twelve-year curriculum of education in their home country.

  • graduation certificate (either copy or original)
  • 8 photos (size: 4 cm x 3 cm taken within the last 3 months)
  • certificate of Japanese language study
    (citizens of China/Myanmar/Bangladesh/Mongolia only)

• Sponsor requirements
  • written oath for defraying expenses
    (written explanation if he/she will plan to supplement his/her tuition fee and living expenses by doing a part- time job legally after he/she admitted to the Westcoast language school. )
  • documents to certify relationship of sponsor and applicant
  • bank balance certificate of the sponsor’s account
    (2 years course : over 3,000,000 yen, 1 and a half year course : over 2,500,000 yen)
    However, if he/she will plan to supplement his/her tuition fee and living expenses by doing a part- time job legally after he/she admitted to the Westcoast language school, he/she have to show in a bank balance over 1,500,000 yen for 2 years course or over 1,200,000 yen for 1 and a half year course.)

  • copy of graduation certificate ( except original) is NOT returnable.
  • all certificates should be issued within the last 3 months.
  • student visa (valid for a year) will be issued for the students of our school.
