Eligibility

  • Applicants must have completed 12 years of formal education or equivalent in their home country
  • Applicants must not have graduated for more than 5 years.
  • Applicants must have Japanese language proficiency equivalent to at least N5 on the Japanese Language Proficiency Test.
    (Passed JLPT N4, J-TEST F or above, NAT4 or above, or completed at least 150 hours of study time)
  • Applicants must have the financial means to meet all essential costs of studying in Japan.

*All the documents must have been issued within three months from the date of submission to the Immigration Bureau.

 

From Application to Admission

  • ① Fill out the application form, resume, reimbursement form, and other necessary documents and
  • send them to the school along with the attached documents.
  • ② The school will notify the applicant of acceptance or rejection after screening the documents.
  • ③ The school will apply to the Tokyo Immigration Bureau for a Certificate of Eligibility for successful
  • applicants.
  • ④ A certificate of eligibility is issued by the Tokyo Immigration Bureau.
  • ⑤ The school will send a copy of the Certificate of Eligibility and Letter of Admission and a bill for tuition
  • (dormitory fees) by e-mail.
  • ⑥ The payer must remit the tuition (dormitory fee) to the school's designated account by the due date.
  • ⑦ The school will send the original Certificate of Eligibility and Letter of Admission after confirming
  • payment of tuition fees.
  • ⑧ Students apply for a college student visa at a Japanese consulate abroad.
  • ⑨ The consulate will issue a visa.
  • ⑩ After booking the flight, the student informs the school of the date, time, flight number, and airport.
  • ⑪ 来日后,迅速报到,办理入学手续。
