The Monbukagakusho Honors Scholarship for Privately-Financed International Students

　This is a scholarship program for privately-financed international students with excellent academic and character records who wish to pursue their further study in undergraduate schools, graduate schools, junior colleges, colleges of technology and specialized course in specialized training colleges who are enrolled in university preparatory courses or Japanese language institutes in Japan and are facing financial difficulties. The objective is to promote the development of education exchange with international communities for the mutual understanding and peaceful friendship environment.

The selection will be made in April each year based on academic performance, attendance, objectives for further studies and personal attitude.

　The successful candidates will receive the financial aid of ¥30,000 per month from April to March of the following year.

Westcoast Language School Founder’s Scholarship

Westcoast Language School offers scholarship for students who perform well with excellent attendance record and attitude.

The selection will be made in April each year, the same time as the Monbukagakusho Honors Scholarship.

The successful candidates will receive the financial aid of ¥20,000 per month from April to March of the following year.

 

Perfect Attendance Award

This award is for students who maintain 100% attendance record throughout the course. The recipients will be recognized at the graduation ceremony with a gift money.
